Fruit of the Loom CEO Jeff Cohen has failed unionized garment workers in Honduras

Under the leadership of CEO Jeff Cohen, Fruit of the Loom is backtracking on worker rights. Instead of continuing Fruit of the Loom’s commitment to respecting labor rights, Cohen is adopting a union-busting agenda that prioritizes profit over people. Jeff Cohen’s decision to close Fruit of the Loom’s last two unionized garment factories in Honduras undermines the progress made for fair working conditions, not only for the garment workers at Confecciones Dos Caminos and Jerzees Nuevo Dia, but for all workers in Honduras.
